Brazil can also be different. Instead of classic chocolate-nut, this Pink Bourbon from Fazenda Guariroba brings bright lemon, juicy melon, and a floral hibiscus twist to the cup. Grown at around 1,100 m by Gabriel and Elisa Lamounier in Santo Antônio do Amparo (Minas Gerais) and processed in a double fermentation with yeast – this makes it fresh, clean, and surprisingly floral for a Brazilian. Roasted for filter, preferably in V60, Chemex, or French Press.
