This Colombian doesn't taste like 'coffee' in the classic sense but like ripe peach, pineapple, and orange peel, carried by a warm sweetness like brown sugar and a floral aroma. The aftertaste stays clean for minutes. Perfect as filter (V60, Chemex, French Press) and for everyone who wants to venture off the beaten path. Espresso also works but will be much brighter and more acidic than you might be used to.
