About This Coffee
This Geisha lot from the 4Llamas farm is one of the most extraordinary we've had on the cupping table in a while. Not only does the complexity of these beans stand out, but the processing method is also unique in its kind. We taste complex notes with Geisha-typical, floral notes of jasmine, the sweetness of ripe, juicy peaches and a light mandarin acidity in the finish.

- Dieses Geisha-Lot von der Farm 4Llamas ist eines der Außergewöhnlichsten, das wir in einer Weile auf dem Cupping-Tisch hatten. Nicht nur die Komplexität dieser Bohnen sticht heraus, auch die Verabreitungsmethode ist in ihrer Art einzigartig. Wir schmecken komplexe Noten mit Geisha-typischen, floralen Noten von Jasmin, der Süße von reifen, saftigen Pfirsichen und im Abgang eine leichte Manadarinesäure.
