About This Coffee
A very pleasant cup, with a gentle sweetness & mild acidity. Coffee has been grown by The Perez family at La Soledad since 1895. This washed Yellow Catuai is a perfect example of the great leaps Raul has made in coffee production. Knocking it out of the park yet again, we're delighted to have it on our list.
