Perched on a ridge at 2,300 meters in Bombe, Nigussie Nare’s “Setame” farm spans 10 hectares, planted with variety 74158 and intercropped with taro and sweet potato. He also manages farms in Kokose and Tiburo, sourcing coffee cherries both from his own plots and from around 60 neighboring producers. Nigussie acquired Setame in 2021 with a strong focus on quality, and today it functions both as a farm and a drying station for his natural and anaerobic coffee lots.
