This washed lot with a day and a half of pre-fermentation shows depth and precision at the same time, harnessing armonas of peach and other yellow stone fruit that lead to flavours of jasmine flowers, bergamot orange and sweet nectar. A spectacular micro lot, La Garita Bourbon is the best we have experienced from Guatemala this year.
