About This Coffee

Dak was actually one of the first roasters I worked with. They were the first wholesale account I had and they were featured on my first drop. I worked at a shop in Seattle that carried them often. They're well known for more processed coffees, like Milky Cake, but do a nice job with more clean lots as well. Cruz Loma has been turning out some great coffees this year, so I'm always interested to try different roasts of it. His coffees tend to have a rich deep sweetness to them, like stewed fruit and brown sugar.
