About This Coffee

Dak was actually one of the first roasters I worked with. They were the first wholesale account I had and they were featured on my first drop. I worked at a shop in Seattle that carried them often. They're well known for more processed coffees, like Milky Cake, but do a nice job with more clean lots as well. Washed Danche coffees are some of my favorite Ethiopian coffees. Really unique profile that's super refreshing and easy to drink. Dak does a really nice job with coffees like this imo.
