Coffee from Ayo and Mika, new generation farmers who inherited coffee making from Ayo's father. Located near Pang Khon in Chiang Rai province with good soil and environment in a large forest. The family is transitioning part of their farm from monoculture to agroforestry and coffee. This lot features White Honey processing with fermented cherries, dried with mucilage for sweetness and clean taste.
