About This Coffee

This coffee is the work of Beeji, a young coffee farmer from Huai Nam Kueng village. Beeji, a graduate in ornamental plants from Maejo University, returned home to work with Namsawan, another farmer in the same village, to develop coffee as a livelihood. Beeji applied agricultural knowledge to cultivate and manage the family coffee farm. This season, Beeji selected ripe cherries for a semi-wet or Honey Process, showcasing the coffee's potential with clean and simple processing. This coffee offers a complex sweetness reminiscent of magnolia, Chinese tea, and milk cookies, with a sweet-tart note like orange juice.
