Light roast coffee from Liger's farm. Beans grown at 1,300 meters elevation alongside avocado trees. Harvested ripe during dry season. Natural process fermentation and dry processing creates sweet, long-lasting flavor profile reminiscent of dates, brown sugar, berry acidity, and tomato notes with white floral aroma.
