This coffee from Ray, a farmer who won several awards at the Thailand Specialty Coffee Awards 2025 (TSCA2025), comes from the dry or natural process. Anchisa and Ray are farmers in Huai Mae Yen, a village on the border of Chiang Mai and Mae Hong Son. Typica from Huai Mae Yen is considered one of the earliest coffee varieties in Thailand, grown at an altitude of 1,400 masl in a lush forest environment. This coffee offers flavors reminiscent of roselle, hibiscus, blueberry, licorice, and dates.
