Dieser Kaffee stammt von der Parzelle Bettadakhan und basiert auf der Varietät SLN 9 (Selection 9) – einer Kreuzung aus Híbrido de Timor und traditionellen indischen Arabica-Linien. Der Bettadakhan wird fully washed aufbereitet, wodurch sein würzig-klares Profil noch präziser hervortritt.
