A mild, balanced coffee from Honduras, grown on a small farm of approximately 10 hectares in the Marcala region. The washed processing gives it a clear, harmonious structure without pronounced acidity. Shows fine marzipan and honey notes, complemented by a hint of cassis that provides pleasant fruit fullness. Soft, pleasant sweet coffee that is versatile for all brewing methods.
