Sipi Falls comes from the Kapchorwa region on Mount Elgon in Uganda and is sourced from the Bukonzo Cooperative—a cooperative that is about 85% women. The members are smallholder farmers with mostly very small plots and work with sustainable, predominantly organic farming methods. A balanced, mildly sweet Ugandan Arabica with warm, round notes.
