- Der Torre Taquara Preta ist ein herausragender Catuai Vermelho von der traditionsreichen Fazendas Dutra in Minas Gerais, Brasilien. Der Kaffee wächst auf der Parzelle Torre Taquara Preta in einer Höhe von etwa 1.250 Metern auf feralsolischem Boden. Der Kaffee wird als Pulped Natural verarbeitet. Das Resultat ist ein Brasilienkaffee mit einer ausgeprägten nussigen Note, ergänzt durch Aromen von Kakao und Agavensirup.
