About This Coffee

An exquisite Geisha with elegant and complex umami flavors. Floral with notes of muscat and large citrus fruits, accompanied by a soft, sweet aftertaste reminiscent of honey and dried fruits. The elegant aroma as it cools is irresistible. This Santa Barbara Geisha undergoes a 72-hour anaerobic fermentation in tanks, followed by thorough washing four times, resulting in an anaerobic washed process. While it lacks overt fermentation notes, it stands out with a clean, floral profile and a distinctive umami-like flavor likely influenced by the anaerobic fermentation.
