Description: ジューシーなオレンジやカシスの風味。温度がおだやかになってくると現れる、どこか妖艶な花の香り。キャラメルを舐めたようなしっかりとした甘さが続く、素晴らしいコーヒーです。昨年に続き2度目の買い付けとなったヘススさんのCastillo。この品種が、単に近代的なプロセスにかけられるためだけに量産されるものでは無いことを、見事に証明してくれています。彼にしか作れない、風土を活かした味わい深いCastilloをぜひ。
