About This Coffee

Excelsa varieties are naturally sweet and fruity coffees with a light body, less caffeine and a mild acidity. This is a beautiful example of this species, produced by Mooleh Manay in India. It is a natural process where fermentation enhances the fruitiness of the coffee. The sweetness is very intense (almost as if someone added some sugar to your cup) and the aromas are mouth-watering.

Description: De Excelsa-soorten zijn van nature zoete en fruitige koffies met een lichte body, minder cafeïne en een milde zuurgraad. Dit is een prachtig voorbeeld van dit geslacht, geproduceerd door Mooleh Manay in India. Het is een natuurlijk proces waarbij de fermentatie de fruitigheid van de koffie versterkt. De zoetheid is zeer intens (bijna alsof iemand wat suiker in je kopje heeft gedaan) en de aroma's zijn om van te watertanden.
