About This Coffee
The name is a reference to the film of the same name and a play on words because this espresso leaves a particularly sweet and fruity impression in the mouth. The Candyman is a naturally processed coffee from Ethiopia. It comes from rotating farms. 100% Ethiopia, 100% Arabica, 100% delicious. Ethiopian coffees are known for their citrus notes. The Candyman also has these notes in the background but additionally impresses with intense wild berry aromas. These are emphasized by the slight fermentation during natural processing. The result is an intense espresso and, in combination with milk, almost a small dessert.

- Der Name ist eine Anlehnung an den gleichnamigen Film und ein Wortspiel, weil dieser Espresso einen besonders süßen und fruchtigen Eindruck im Mund hinterlässt. Der Candyman ist ein natürlich aufbereiteter Kaffee aus Äthiopien. Er stammt von wechselnden Farmen. 100% Äthiopien, 100% Arabica, 100% lecker. Bekannt sind Kaffees aus Äthiopien für ihre zitrischen Noten. Der Candyman besitzt diese Noten hintergründig auch, besticht jedoch zusätzlich mit intensiven Waldbeer-Aromen. Diese werden durch die leichte Fermentation bei der natürlichen Aufbereitung betont. Das Ergebnis ist ein intensiver Espresso und in Kombination mit Milch fast schon ein kleines Dessert.
