About This Coffee
El Paraiso, the result of a special processing. Diego Bermudez first ferments the green coffee beans for 12 hours anaerobically, depulps them and adds cardamom seeds in a further fermentation step. After washing, the green coffee is gently dried. These processing steps create a fine, slightly spicy profile with notes of cinnamon, clove and cardamom, and an exceptionally dense texture.
