About This Coffee

This coffee comes from Finca Monteblanco in the Huila region, Colombia. The farm is located on volcanic rock at an altitude of 1730 masl and is run as a family business by Rodrigo Sanchez Valencia and his wife. Colombian coffees are naturally expressive and impress with clear and often complex notes. These form the basis for the further steps of co-fermentation. The fermentation consists of two steps with a total duration of 340 hours. As a result, we get an unusually expressive coffee through co-fermentation with watermelon.
