Another gem from Nestor Lasso, a yellow papayo. I tried several coffees from him in the last few years and honestly this one is the best for me. Why? Because there is not a lot of super fermented flavor on one hand and sweetness is super high. I really like to have this kind of coffee time to time, because it tastes like fruity candy that you had when you were young. I highly recommend this coffee to all of you who liked Nestors coffee before, this one is really unique. Cup with loads of fruity notes like strawberry, ripe mango and candy aftertaste that stays on your tongue for few minutes, incredible.
