About This Coffee

This coffee from farmer Ely Humberto Nunes comes from the northwest of the state of Minas Gerais in Brazil. On his Serra Negra plantation, this coffee of the Catuaí Vermelho variety grows at 1000m altitude. After harvest, the berries are dried in their own fruit pulp (natural process). This develops the natural sweetness of this coffee, with notes of milk chocolate and the earthy flavors of almond.
