About This Coffee

Our house coffee is a modern take on traditional espresso, roasted from a blend of two standout coffees— Heron from Brazil and Union San Pedro from Mexico. We’ve sourced directly from Heron Reger De Carvalho Junior at Fazenda Canta Galo since 2020, while our partnership with Union San Pedro began in 2024. Together, these coffees combine to produce a perfectly balanced brew that captures the essence of both regions. We love the versatility of this coffee. Whether it’s enjoyed straight or paired with milk, expect notes of milk chocolate, medjool, and hazelnut.
