About This Coffee

Inspired by the Hawaiian honeycreeper it's named after, Palila blend captures the essence of a well-rounded, rich and versatile coffee. It's also the coffee which fuels the warmth and aloha at our Hilo café, served as espresso and batch brew daily alongside Hawaiian Harmony. This medium-dark roast blend combines direct trade Red Bourbon sourced from Guatemala, alongside coffees from South America. Its plush, satiny mouthfeel and balanced sweetness make it as versatile for any brewing method, from espresso to drip and everything in between.
