This is one of the most beloved Ka'ū coffees we offer. Grown south of Kona in the district of Kaʻū, this Wood Valley Single Estate Ka'u coffee is a beautiful example of why we love this region. On a small, lush farm in the heart of majestic Wood Valley at 2300', ripe red coffee cherries are meticulously tended, harvested and hand-sorted. Careful, attentive processing and drying safeguard the precious time and energy the land, plants and people dedicated to growing this fine coffee. The result is an intensely aromatic, juicy, ripe, syrupy sweet, and balanced cup.
