Sourced from smallholders around Kochere, this natural lot from the Beloya washing station brings the region's familiar fruit character into a more grounded, textured cup. Warm days and cool evenings at 1,900–2,000 meters help build sweetness in the cherries before drying, giving the profile its steady, developed core. In the cup, blueberry notes show early, supported by gentle florals and a touch of cocoa. The body is smooth and even, carrying the fruit without adding weight. As it cools, the sweetness settles into a rounded finish that keeps the cup balanced and easy to drink—a measured, well-shaped take on a natural from southern Ethiopia.
