Cherry Slide comes from smallholder producers in Colombia's Tolima region, a high-altitude area prized for its balanced sweetness and steady climate. Naturally processed at 2,100 meters, the coffee's slow drying enhances fruit concentration while preserving structure. In the cup, layers of stewed berries and brown-sugar sweetness unfold in a dense yet composed profile. A creamy texture softens the fruit's richness, finishing smooth and sweet with a gentle caramel note that lingers without heaviness.
