About This Coffee
All Day is a community coffee grown in Huila, Colombia by neighboring local producers and blended using color sorters, density separation and experienced quality assurance professionals. It is sourced from southern parts of Huila, comprising mostly of coffees grown around the township of Pitalito in Winter and Spring, and from Santa Maria in Summer and Fall. This coffee gives us juicy, bright acidity with a lingering Panela sugar sweetness. It is great to brew any way you want, used as Espresso in our shops but also great as drip at home.

- All Day is a community coffee grown in Huila, Colombia by neighboring local producers and blended using color sorters, density separation and experienced quality assurance professionals. It is sourced from southern parts of Huila, comprising mostly of coffees grown around the township of Pitalito in Winter and Spring, and further north in Santa Maria in Summer and Fall. This coffee is made up of a blend of Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties, processed using the washed method. It gives us juicy, bright acidity with a lingering Panela sugar sweetness and is great for both espresso and drip brewing.
