Colombia EA Sugar Cane Decaf - Decaffeinated coffee from the women's cooperative ASOMUJER in southern Huila, where 75 female producers cultivate high-quality coffees at 1400–2000m altitude with great care and experience. Decaffeinated using the gentle EA-sugar-cane method with naturally occurring ethyl acetate from sugar cane. The method preserves the clean, sweet profile of the bean and avoids aggressive chemicals. In the cup, expect pleasant mild sweetness, accompanied by cane sugar, cooked stone fruit notes and a hint of almond.
