Exceptional Ethiopian coffee from the coffee farmer Yenensh from Wegida. Grown on 2.5 hectares at an altitude of 2,150 meters under ideal climatic conditions. Traditional heirloom varieties in the shade of Enset trees without chemical aids. Carefully harvested and sorted cherries, processed with uniform drying over 12-15 days on raised drying beds.
