About This Coffee

Complex and sweet from Ethiopia. 100% Arabica. Juicy with a lot of body, creamy-sweet. The Idido Gersi washing station is located in the village of Idido in the Yirgacheffe district and processes cherries from local small farmers. The cherries are fermented in sealed, ventilated tanks with additional yeast cultures and dried for up to 21 days on elevated African drying beds.
