Tastes like raspberry mousse in chocolate – already funky! From the green beans of our filter coffee roast "Kenya Kiboko", we temporarily roast espresso beans, which are now available as a limited edition over the spring and summer. And the result is simply fascinating, but also a bit funky: A full-bodied, fruity taste unmistakably like raspberry with chocolate coating. But notes of cassis, black currant, and kumquat also stand out. Especially as an espresso, the bean convinces with its unusual notes, which are still round and harmonious. Besides espresso, it also works with milk as a cappuccino or flat white, where the fruity flavor interacts with the milk in a completely different way. We celebrate it, let yourself be surprised!
