Tastes like raspberry mousse in chocolate – already funky! From the green beans of our filter coffee roast "Kenya Kiboko", we temporarily roast espresso beans, which are now available as a limited edition over the spring and summer. And the result is simply fascinating, but also a bit funky: A full-bodied, fruity taste unmistakably like raspberry with chocolate coating. But notes of cassis, black currant, and kumquat also stand out. Especially as an espresso, the bean convinces with its unusual notes, which are still round and harmonious. Besides espresso, it also works with milk as a cappuccino or flat white, where the fruity flavor interacts with the milk in a completely different way. We celebrate it, let yourself be surprised!

- Schmeckt nach Himbeermousse in Schokolade – schon funky! Von den Rohbohnen unserer Filterkaffeeröstung „Kenia Kiboko“ rösten wir vorübergehen Espressobohnen, die nun als Limited Edition über den Frühling und Sommer erhältlich sind. Und das Ergebnis ist einfach faszinierend, aber auch schon etwas funky: Ein körperreicher, fruchtiger Geschmack unverwechselbar wie Himbeere mit Schokoüberzug. Aber auch Noten von Cassis, schwarzer Johannisbeere und Kumquat stechen heraus. Vor allem als Espresso überzeugt die Bohne mit ihren ungewohnten Noten, die trotzdem rund und stimmig sind. Neben dem Espresso passt es aber auch mit Milch als Cappuccino oder Flat White, wo der Fruchtgeschmack mit der Milch auch noch einmal ganz anders wechselwirkt. Wir feiern es, lasst euch überraschen!
