Limited release co-ferment from La Chiquita farm celebrating a decade of roasting. This Colombian coffee was the first co-ferment created in 2020 from an unexpected shipment arrival. Cherries harvested at optimal maturity. Result of Diego's coffee processing experiments and research into coffee seed chemistry.
