The last coffee of the season from Wilder Lazo's El Rubi is here, and it's a lovely natural. From first smell all the way through the lingering taste it is a big, fruited, slightly boozy coffee. The syrupy sweetness of sun-warmed strawberries and tropical guava pairs beautifully with the finish of port wine, and has us longing for summer.
