These measures ensure consistency and quality season after season, which allow the products to be sold on an international market, fetching higher prices for producers. The state of Chiapas is small, but holds an extremely complex history, and a rich biodiversity. It is a hub of coffee production in Mexico, despite its small geographic size; this lot is a great example of this quality in product, and processing practices.
