About This Coffee

Finca Santa Teresa is located in the green heights of Palestina, Huila, one of the most renowned regions of Colombia for high-quality Specialty Coffee. For over three generations, the Rodriguez family has cultivated coffee. At around 1,800 meters above sea level, the Geisha plants grow under ideal conditions with volcanic soils and a clear mountain climate. For this microlot, only ripe, hand-selected cherries are used, which undergo an anaerobic fermentation of about 90 hours, followed by slow drying over 30 days.
