The initial acidity is reminiscent of lemon and bergamot, then evolving into a sometimes cloying sweetness that evokes exotic fruit sensations such as mango and papaya, creating a wonderful mix of tropical fruit. Definitely interesting is the effect of this coffee, with a hint of white tea and rose giving freshness and cleanliness in the oral cavity. The mouthfeel is silky and delicate. We would call it a "COFFEE FRESH," also perfect for cold extractions such as COLD BREW or NITRO. It is enchanting when made in the ESPRESSO TONIC mode.
