About This Coffee

This coffee embodies the idea that changed the world of coffee, bringing two worlds together for the first time in coffee history. It uses a new processing method where wine yeast from the famous Monterossa winery in the Franciacorta region is added to the pulp of the coffee cherries. The sweetness is intense, with initial taste notes of acidity reminiscent of blackberry and pineapple, evolving into an impressive sweetness of ripe fruit, evoking the sensation of cherry and ripe guava.
