About This Coffee

When you drink it, you’d never think of a Colombian coffee, but rather a typical African one: the sensations evoke the fresh, fruity, and floral flavors characteristic of that region, like the ingredients of a wonderful, thirst-quenching summer cocktail, with an exceptionally elegant note of green tea in both its fragrance and aroma. The initial acidity is highly intense and reminiscent of the citrusy acidity of lime; the flavor then evolves toward a sweetness that’s at times cloying, with notes of juicy, ripe fruit: kiwi. The aftertaste is decidedly interesting, with a note of green tea that offers freshness and delicacy. The juicy mouthfeel provides structure and body. At this point, there’s no choice but to call it a true “coffee fresh,” highly recommended for cold brews like Cold Brew or Espresso Tonic.
