The initial impression is genuinely unexpected: a medium-high acidity reminiscent of a citrus fruit—the orange. The flavor then evolves into sweetness, reflecting the expectations of this coffee with notes of apricot and nectarine, as well as the exotic fruit typical of this wonderful region: guava. On the finish, a note of brown sugar with a biscuit-like sensation provides the perfect balance in the cup. The aftertaste is slightly lingering thanks to a pleasant honeyed sensation, which lends it clarity and elegance. The body is medium-high, with a juicy, syrupy mouthfeel.
