A coffee defined by us as balanced because from the taste point of view between acidity ,sweetness and bitterness a great synergy reigns. Initial medium-high acidity reminiscent of citric orange acidity, then evolution on the taste buds into sweetness where that ripe peach and apricot sensation emerges. Slightly bitter finish with hints of creme caramel, but definitely very pleasant desirable giving the wow effect in the cup. Medium-low body, definitely a coffee that in filter brings out its potential.
