About This Coffee
Albeirson Prada Devia is a third-generation coffee farmer in Colombia, managing the Tres Esquinas farm in Bilbao. He has been involved with coffee since childhood and began managing the farm independently in 2010, committed to producing high-quality coffee while protecting the environment. In 2016, he planted Gesha trees, and from cherry selection to fermentation and drying, every step is filled with care. When we visited in 2025, we cupped coffee with him, and he shared every detail with sincerity. In the cup, we truly felt his passion and dedication to coffee.

- Albeirson Prada Devia 是哥倫比亞第三代咖啡農，經營 Bilbao 的 Tres Esquinas 農場。他從小就與咖啡為伴，2010 年開始獨自打理農場，致力生產高品質咖啡並守護環境。2016 年，他種下 Gesha 樹，從挑櫻桃、發酵到晾乾，每一步都充滿用心。2025 年我們拜訪時，與他一起杯測咖啡，他認真分享每個細節，而我們在杯中，也真切感受到他對咖啡的熱情與真摯。
