About This Coffee
La Flor batches mostly come from Guatemala's Huehuetenango, Chiquimula, San Marcos and other regions, sourced from small batches that occasionally appear at origin, and cannot be replicated every year. The coffee mostly grows at approximately 1,500 meters elevation, carefully cultivated by participating small and medium-scale farmers. The cup begins with delicate white flowers, followed by the warm sweetness of vanilla pods and macadamia nuts, with a refreshing citrus finish reminiscent of small mandarins. The sweetness is lingering and balanced, presenting a clean and elegant flavor profile.
