About This Coffee
For our espresso blend, we use three high-quality Arabica varieties with cultivars such as Catuai, Caturra, Typica, and Ateng. Roasting is done according to traditional craftsmanship in our drum roaster at low temperatures. The contained acids are broken down in this way. Our espresso is suitable for all pressure preparation methods: portafilter, super-automatic, and moka pot.
