About This Coffee

The village of Utengule is located at the foot of the Mabeya Mountains. The plantation is located over rich volcanic soils. Here, good Bourbon plants thrive, producing soft, full coffee cherries in high humidity. Grevillea and Albizzia are local trees that provide shade protection for the coffee. The Utengule plantation is located at 1400 m and covers 150 ha. Peaberry is known for its soft fruit notes.
