India Malabar Monsooned, a coffee from the southwest of India, the Malabar coast. Warm monsoon rains allow the production of this unique coffee. The coffee is soaked by the rain and dried under roofs. This causes the green raw coffee to lose its original color and acquire a bleached sand-colored appearance. The heavy, low-acidity aroma of this full-bodied coffee makes it a pleasure to enjoy during long coffee evenings.
