About This Coffee
Inmaculada is a group of 5 farms in Cali, in the west of Colombia. Known for their incredible quality, their coffees were twice used by the World Barista Champions, and also used to win the World Brewers Cup in 2021. In 2022 they initiated the 'Fellow Farms Program' which is where this coffee comes from. This lot is bright with lime acidity, notes of almond and goji berry with a creamy mouthfeel.
