Coffee from Maria Ramirez Vargas, a first-generation coffee producer from the Jakaltek people in Concepción Huista, Guatemala. Only ripest cherries are hand-picked, depulped same day, fermented in water for 36 hours, washed and sun-dried on patio for six days. Member of Cooperative El Sendero.
